One Major at the Heart of Everything

Students in Religious Studies have a wide range of interests inside, and outside, of Religious Studies. Majors can customize their focus within Religious Studies by choosing concentrations that focus on religious traditions or religious themes. Most of our students pursue second majors or minors in fields ranging from History and English to Biochemistry, Economics, and Environmental Studies. Our majors have a wide variety of post-graduation plans with 100% of reporting graduates secured opportunities within 6 months of graduation. Recently students have continued their academic studies in religion as well as in history, attended theological, law, and medical schools, joined the Peace Corps, taught, worked in finance, and toured with a folk-rock band as a drummer.
