The History of the Body
The 2nd Annual Graduate Student Conference
Noted scholar of Islam and religious history, Professor Leor Halevi of Vanderbilt University, will deliver the keynote address, "Mysteries of the Womb: The Body Natural and the Body Islamic, or, The Power of a Legal Fiction." The lecture will begin at 4pm in Busch Hall, room 100, with a reception to follow in Busch Hall, room 18.
